I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was fantastic, with lots of special features and breathtaking views. The service was top-notch - friendly, accommodating, and the bed was super comfortable. The location was spacious and tastefully decorated overlooking St Bride's Bay. Dining was superb with a lovely breakfast buffet and perfectly cooked local produce. Overall, a great value for money experience.

The staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. They were unobtrusive, leaving me to enjoy the honesty bar and the castle at night. The early morning tidying did disturb my rest a bit, but overall they were accommodating.

I had the chance to stay in the Lucy Walter room at the top of the castle, where I paid almost £200 for the night. While I expected a good night's sleep considering the price, the room was a bit small, making it hard to find space for suitcases.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely incredible. The sun room made my experience during the heat wave in Wales even more perfect. The room was immaculate, equipped with everything I needed including satellite TV, wi-fi, Nespresso machine, and a comprehensive guide about the castle. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring I had a great time while being unobtrusive. The location was excellent, offering stunning views and easy access to the beach at Newgale.
