My stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect. The rooms were immaculate and even had a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for our special occasion. The service was fantastic, and we felt right at home with the hospitable staff. The location offered a stunning view across the sea, but the space wasn't very useful. The dining experience was memorable with top-quality meals, although the beef dishes stood out. Overall, a brilliant stay with just a few minor drawbacks.

I had the chance to stay in the Lucy Walter room at the top of the castle, where I paid almost £200 for the night. While I expected a good night's sleep considering the price, the room was a bit small, making it hard to find space for suitcases.
